I arrived 30 minutes before my reservation and purchased my ticket from the vending machine outside. When visiting Iida Shoten, you definitely need to try at least two bowls. I ordered the wonton soy ramen and the soy tsukemen.It had been 8 years since my last visit, and the place has evolved. I was impressed back then, but today, I find it hard to express my feelings in words. The depth of the broth, the firmness of the noodles, the balance of the toppings, and the attentive service were all outstanding. It was a wonderful meal. Thank you!
