Each dish is crafted with a focus on quality ingredients and meticulous cooking methods, without any gimmicks. This is the first time I’ve been truly moved by every course of a meal. It’s a memorable establishment.Although lunch prices are reasonable, first-time visitors might find dinner a bit pricey. You can definitely enjoy a satisfying meal at lunch, so why not start there?The veteran female server has a refined and elegant presence, making her the face of the restaurant. However, I was slightly disappointed with the younger female staff member. While the service was satisfactory, her explanations of the menu were difficult to understand due to her unclear and fast speech. Clear communication about the dishes enhances the dining experience, and ultimately, whether I return often depends on receiving consistently pleasant service. Given the exceptional quality of the food, I hope for improvements in service, hence the -1 point.
