Recently, I enjoyed a French dinner course at the restaurant "Chez Inno" in Kyobashi. The interior exuded an elegant yet calm atmosphere, allowing for a leisurely dining experience. The dishes served were well-balanced overall, with traditional and profound flavors that left a strong impression. The appetizer featuring zucchini flowers and lobster, accompanied by aromatic truffles, and the colorful cabbage-wrapped foie gras were both exceptional, with sauces that perfectly complemented the ingredients, enhancing their natural flavors. Particularly, the main dish of lamb pie was a delight, with its crispy crust, moist meat, and rich foie gras harmoniously mingling with a decadent sauce, providing a deep sense of satisfaction. Overall, it was a wonderfully cohesive course, and I would love to return and enjoy another meal if the opportunity arises.
