A fantastic yakiniku spot located near Ichigaya Station in Tokyo. I visited for the first time on a friend's recommendation. The taste was overwhelmingly delicious. The quality of the meat, the cuts, the seasoning, the grilling technique, and the presentation were all top-notch. Sitting at the counter and having Nakahara-san grill the meat right in front of me was such a luxury. Not only the meat, but the katsu sandwich and the finishing onigiri were also exquisite... (I forgot to take pictures!)
