I visited for the first time in April, and this was my second visit. Last time was for lunch, but this time it was a birthday dinner. I chose the same Menu Koma-Gata course. Given the season, the dishes featured summer ingredients, and I was delighted to see my personal favorites, sweetfish and watermelon, included. The main dish was lamb, but since two of us out of three weren't very fond of it, we requested a last-minute change to beef. I realized I should have mentioned this when making the reservation, and I apologize for that oversight, but they kindly accommodated us. Once again, the presentation was beautiful, the flavors were delicious, and it was an incredibly satisfying dinner.
