I visited for the first time thanks to a reservation made by a friend. We had a 90-minute seating, and it flew by! We ordered a lot and ate heartily, leaving us completely satisfied at the end. Here’s what we ordered:- Salted Tongue- Salted Mino- Salted Outside Skirt- Basil Mino- Premium Loin (with sauce)- Yukhoe- Spicy Beef Soup- Assorted Kimchi- Pudding- Ramune SorbetWith drinks, we each had two, and the total was just under JPY 18,000 per person. As rumored, the tongue was incredibly fresh and exceptional. It had the perfect texture—not too soft, not too tough. When grilled a bit more, it had a nice bite, and when slightly undercooked, it was tender. The Outside Skirt was also delicious, showcasing the meat's rich flavor. It was surprisingly tasty with just salt, and there was absolutely no unpleasant odor—truly fresh meat. The Yukhoe had a delightful sweetness that paired perfectly with the egg, and since it was minced, it was incredibly soft—almost like a drink. The Basil Mino was seasoned perfectly. Its crunchy texture was addictive, and the basil aroma made it easy to eat several pieces.I ordered the Premium Loin after hearing it was recommended, and I completely understand why. The Tenderloin and Strip Loin were served, and the Tenderloin was surprisingly tender, melting in my mouth despite its thickness. The Strip Loin had a good amount of fat but wasn’t heavy at all; it slid down easily when dipped in egg.The Spicy Beef Soup was rich and satisfying, perfect for when you want something hearty. It really maximized our feeling of fullness. I wanted to try more cuts of meat, but time and my stomach were reaching their limits.I’ve never encountered a yakiniku restaurant that made me want to return so badly, but this place is definitely one I want to visit again. The next day, I felt great—no heaviness in my stomach at all.
