This was my second visit to Yakiniku Seiryuuen. In conclusion, my number one Yakiniku remains unchanged. The shock I felt during my first visit was so intense that I wondered how I would feel eating here again...It was unbelievably delicious.Especially the Beef Tongue, Salt Outside Skirt, and Yukhoe. These three are, in my opinion, the best in Japan.(Although I do have a dilemma with the Beef Tongue from Mansei in Tsuruhashi, Osaka, haha.)The menu I ordered this time is as follows, and it was just the right amount for three men! Please note that the non-sauce grilled meat cuts are only available for the initial order. The seating is limited to 90 minutes.《Ordered Menu》・Salt Beef Tongue × number of people・Medium Beef Tongue × 1・Salt Outside Skirt × 2・Premium Loin (Omakase) × 3 pieces each・Yukhoe × 1・Basil Mino × 1・Kimchi Assortment × 1・Rice × for 2 people who wanted itFirst, we started with the Kimchi Assortment. The texture and seasoning of the eggplant were perfect, the napa cabbage was nicely spicy, and the cucumber had outstanding umami. Each had a different flavor gradient, which was enjoyable. The Medium Beef Tongue, which came out before the Salt Beef Tongue, was incredibly delicious. I believe this alone is on a different level compared to other places. However, the Salt Beef Tongue that followed...It was indeed on another level. It was clearly a different item from the Medium Beef Tongue. The quality of the meat, texture, and umami were overwhelming, and I couldn't help but say, "This is it!"There was one slice that was slightly less salty, so I recommend being prepared to add some salt from the table.Next up was the Salt Outside Skirt.I was impressed by it last time, and it was just as amazing this time. There was absolutely no unpleasant fibrous texture, and the more I chewed, the more umami came out. I was left wondering, "Was Outside Skirt this delicious?"Furthermore, the Yukhoe was exceptional. After one bite, I understood why this restaurant can confidently serve raw Yukhoe. The quality of the meat is on a different level. We also had the Premium Loin, and there was even a delightful service from the restaurant. The Yonezawa Beef Tenderloin was flawless. The Basil Mino I ordered from the secret menu was delicious, but with the overall high level of the dishes, it felt a bit less impactful. I might skip it next time. This time, the three of us each had about 4 to 5 beers. The total bill was JPY 18,000 per person. It's not cheap, but it's not overly expensive either. The feeling of "I'm so glad I came" overwhelmingly prevailed. It wasn't just the excitement from the first visit.Even on my second visit, the deliciousness was still astonishing.Once again, for me, this is the best Yakiniku in Japan.--------------------------------------------------Note: I strive to write honestly about my own experiences and feelings during my visit. I apologize if my expressions seem a bit excessive, and I appreciate your understanding.--------------------------------------------------
