Upon entering, I was warmly welcomed by the cheerful owner and seated at the counter. First, I was shown the ingredients for the dishes. Then, each dish was served one by one. It seems you can adjust the portion sizes, and I opted for large portions for everything (laughs). Being at the counter, I could see the entire cooking process before the dishes were completed. The plates used are also carefully selected. Unlike the quiet atmosphere of a table setting where you savor delicate French cuisine, this place has a lively vibe where everyone enjoys French food together. Every dish was incredibly creative and delicious. The owner explained each dish in detail. The eel dish, in particular, was exquisite. The curry was also very tasty. The dessert, a melon cake, was different from typical bakery cakes; the cream was light and refreshing, and the melon was exceptionally delicious. The portions were quite generous, and I was very full after opting for the large sizes. While the price isn't cheap, considering the quality, quantity, and ingredients, I think it's reasonable. It was a great meal.
