At Yakiniku Jumbo Hanare in Hongo Sanchome, I enjoyed some delicious yakiniku.I recently visited my favorite Jumbo Hanare after a while. Thank you, Kei-kun, for the invitation!I’m grateful to often receive invitations to this place, and every time I go, I’m blown away by the deliciousness of Jumbo Hanare. This time, we visited as a group of five and chose the following dishes:- Napa Cabbage Kimchi- Heart- Nohara Yaki- Top Blade- Outside Skirt- Flap Meat- Chateaubriand Katsu Nabe (reserved in advance)- Hamburg Steak (reserved in advance)- Soboro Rice Bowl (reserved in advance)- Omurice with CurryIt was a solid lineup. As you can see from the menu, we don’t usually order tongue or outside skirt at Jumbo, but the fact that we can still enjoy so much is what makes Jumbo amazing.First up was the heart. At this point, it was already fantastic. The heart was incredibly fresh and delicious. I wanted to ask, "How can something be this good?" It was truly the best.And when you think of Jumbo, you think of Nohara Yaki! The large slices of strip loin are dipped in raw egg, and even if other restaurants try to imitate this, they can’t match the quality of this original—it’s just that delicious. I could eat it endlessly; it’s irresistible.If it’s available, I always order the top blade. This cut is so tender and melts in your mouth. Oh, it’s just so good! The flap meat was also fantastic!You can’t forget the outside skirt when you think of Jumbo. It’s so delicious that you question whether it’s really just the regular cut, and the satisfaction level is incredible. I could eat this endlessly too. It’s just too good!Next came the reserved dishes. First up was the impressive Chateaubriand Katsu Nabe. No matter how many times I eat it, it’s just too delicious. The meat is unbelievably tender, and the rich seasoning is simply amazing. It’s incredible!The hamburg steak is also seasoned in a Japanese style and is super delicious. I just can’t get enough of it!The soboro rice bowl is perfectly seasoned and absolutely delicious. When you add the reserved raw egg on top, it takes it to another level.Finally, we had the omurice with curry. The omurice is filled with chunks of meat, and it’s already delicious on its own, but with the curry on top, it’s just unfairly good.Once again, it was an amazing experience. The level of quality at Jumbo is outstanding.Thank you to everyone who joined me!
