It was impressive to see the chef ignite straw to sear the bonito right in front of us. We enjoyed delicious dishes, and it seemed like there were many regular customers around. We savored three types of rice, as well as both fish and meat, and the portions were generous. The warabi mochi was freshly kneaded right before our eyes, and it was delicious!
