I made a reservation in advance and visited for dinner. I've been to the main branch many times, but it was quite difficult to get a reservation here, so this was my long-awaited first visit. This time, I enjoyed the "Chateaubriand Course." The beautifully thick-cut Chateaubriand was, of course, amazing, but I was also delighted by the rare and exquisite Tenderloin Katsu Rice Bowl, the grilled dish with egg yolk, and the Wagyu sushi, all of which exceeded my expectations in terms of flavor. The quality of the meat was outstanding, and I enjoyed every bite from start to finish. At the same time, I was reminded of how incredible the main branch is!
