Unlike regular soy sauce, this version offers a creamier texture, deeper flavor, and a gentle taste, allowing me to enjoy a luxurious experience among the three types of broth. However, I've noticed an increase in Asian foreign customers recently. This might make reservations even more challenging in the future.
