Using special quality domestic unagi for JPY 7,700, the outside is crispy while the inside is fluffy, and the sweet and savory sauce is absolutely delicious! I was torn between natural and domestic, but the domestic option was incredibly tasty!Liver Soup (JPY 300) has a gentle flavor.Liver Skewers (JPY 2,200) are a bit bitter but pair well with Japanese sake.They offer premium sake like Juyondai, but it’s on the pricier side.
