I wanted to indulge in seasonal rock oysters, so I decided to visit. The counter was filled with regulars, all of whom seemed quite familiar with the menu. Rock oysters are indeed popular. The highlight was definitely the rock oysters, which were enhanced by the chef's skill, bringing out their creamy flavor. They were truly delicious. I also enjoyed the sweetfish rice, evening soup, wild boar, tomato, and kuzu mochi, all of which were impressive. Every dish was delightful. From our conversation today, it was clear how the Yamagai brothers are dedicated to maximizing the potential of ingredients within the "Murakami restrictions," which I found quite inspiring. What a wonderful restaurant! I made a reservation for my next visit and walked back to my accommodation feeling pleasantly tipsy. It was a lovely evening.
