Once again, I experienced the chef's remarkable skills and sense of style in an outstanding course meal ✨From the exquisite meat with beautiful marbling to a dish topped with an abundance of sea urchin, and a comforting rice porridge infused with rich abalone broth, each bite was absolutely delicious ✨I was once again completely satisfied by the expertly crafted dishes using seasonal ingredients, the perfect wine pairings, and the warm, attentive service ✨The more I visit, the more I am drawn to its charm; it is truly a one-of-a-kind gem for me.
