Delicious!!I visited the renowned unagi restaurant, Unagi Uomasa.I made a reservation about two weeks in advance through TableCheck.Premium domestic unagi: JPY 7,700Liver soup: JPY 300Total: JPY 8,000One thing that was a bit confusing during the reservation on TableCheck was the option to reserve rice (JPY 300). It turns out I didn’t need to reserve it, as the price for the premium domestic unagi (JPY 7,700) already included rice. It wasn’t clearly stated that it was unaju, which made it a bit unclear.First, I was served the bone crackers and liver. These were also included in the JPY 7,700.I was delighted to receive the bone crackers.Then came the main dish, the unaju.The presentation was excellent.The appearance was stunning.And the flavor of the sauce was exactly to my liking.This is the best unaju I’ve ever had.So delicious!The pickles and liver soup were also wonderfully tasty.Wow, it was delicious.I really enjoyed it. It was a great meal!
