This yakiniku restaurant is one I visit so often that I’ve lost count—I'm here every month. In my opinion, they serve the best beef tongue in Tokyo. The salt-seasoned and premium cuts require careful preparation, so you can only order them once at the beginning. When ordering, I definitely recommend the classic salt beef tongue, salt tripe, and yukhoe, as well as the hidden menu items like basil tripe and salt outside skirt.
