The clear broth was elegant, with a perfect balance of chicken flavor and the gentle richness of white soy sauce. The aroma of truffles that developed midway through was luxurious, providing a high level of satisfaction with each bowl. I was surprised at how well the combination of white soy sauce and truffles worked together.The balance with the noodles and toppings was also great, allowing me to enjoy it without getting bored until the very end.However, the noodles were a bit soft, leaving me wanting just a little more, so I rated it 3.5.
