This was my second visit.The view is absolutely stunning!!I opted for the à la carte menu this time.While I think the course menu offers better value, I was in the mood for something lighter...The crab and truffle spring rolls were exquisite.The soup, which turns your hair completely black overnight, is made from black-boned chicken.It was incredibly rich yet refreshing, and very delicious.The crab dish was topped with caviar, but it didn’t quite match for me.I wasn't particularly fond of it.
