I made a reservation two months ago! Even so, the weekend I wanted was fully booked, so I decided to visit Gifu on this day instead. Since it's autumn, there was less game meat and more mushrooms. I was told that winter is the best time for those who want to enjoy meat. Still, the way they grilled the boar fat, which I usually don't prefer, was surprisingly delicious. The staff's stories were also entertaining! I hope to come back in winter. The portions were quite large, so takeout was available for some dishes!
