I personally love summer sushi, and this time it was just the season for shinko (young gizzard shad). I also enjoy horse mackerel, and I was able to savor everything I wanted. I was so excited that during the last ordering time, I kept placing orders one after another, which ended up being quite pricey. It seems that for a while, they will be moving to Terakoya in Azabudai, and since you can choose to reserve either in Yotsuya or Azabudai, the next reservation has been shortened to about a year later. I’m looking forward to the next visit!
