To Yabusoba Miyamoto,I tried various dishes during my visit.Currently, it seems to be the top-rated soba restaurant on Tabelog, located in Shimada City, Shizuoka Prefecture. There are only four parking spaces available, so we had to wait for one to open up.What I ordered:Zaru SobaMyoga SobaKakiage (mixed tempura)Nasu Tempura (eggplant tempura)Total: JPY 8,400Both the tempura and soba were incredibly delicious. The tempura was freshly fried, with a light and crispy batter. The eggplant tempura, in particular, was extremely juicy, bursting with flavor.The soba had a wonderful aroma, and the dipping sauce was perfectly savory, just to my liking. However, the portion size was surprisingly small. Without the tempura, I could have easily eaten five servings.Photography inside the restaurant is prohibited, so I only have exterior shots. It’s a bit pricey, but I definitely want to go back.It was a great meal!
