I've been a fan of this wonderful restaurant for about six years now, visiting several times a year. Even after all this time, I always look forward to my visits. What I love about il AOYAMA is that it offers more than just delicious food; every time I go, I discover something new from the dishes, the chef, and the staff. The chef's creativity shines through in each plate, utilizing seasonal ingredients to their fullest. This time, I was captivated by the beautiful presentation of each dish as they arrived. The fish dish had a perfect balance of a crispy exterior and tender texture, complemented beautifully by the sauce. The meat dish was expertly cooked, allowing me to savor the rich flavors of the meat, along with the delicious accompanying vegetables and mushrooms. I enjoyed two main dishes this time: - Beef - Pork It was a delightful and wonderful experience. It was a great meal!
