I finally managed to make a reservation and visited for the first time. The waiting area had a separate space, giving it a traditional Kyoto feel. The service and attention to detail were outstanding. The dishes also showed thoughtful touches, like the chilled chawanmushi as the weather warmed up. Everything was truly impressive. I appreciated that the menu offered a variety of options beyond just sushi. However, considering how difficult it is to secure a reservation and the pricing compared to other sushi restaurants, opinions on returning may vary.
