I visited the Akasaka branch last time, but this time I came to Ginza.The crab at Ginza Kitafuku is truly delicious.I chose the Taraba Crab and Hairy Crab tasting course this time.They prepare live crabs right in front of you, which adds an impressive and lively atmosphere.This luxurious course allows you to enjoy freshly prepared crab in various styles, including sashimi, shabu-shabu, and grilled dishes, without wasting any part of it.Even though they are the same type of crab, the sweetness and texture vary by species, making the tasting experience very enjoyable.What stood out the most was the medium-rare preparation.The rich sweetness of the crab was highlighted, and it was so delicious that I found myself eating in silence.I was able to fully savor the crab until the very end, appreciating not only the quality of the ingredients but also the skill and technique of the chefs.The staff were also very attentive, making this a perfect place for business meetings or special occasions!
