I finally visited Tsubaki, which I had been curious about for a long time. Although it's a bit far from Nagoya, it's definitely worth the trip. Everything was delicious, from the appetizers and soup to the shrimp gratin, beef cutlet, and the pudding for dessert. The béchamel sauce in the gratin was especially good. Next time, I want to try the hamburg steak as well. However, one downside was the slightly damp smell of the oshibori (wet towel).
