This was my second visit. My first impression was strongly influenced by the restaurant's atmosphere and the chef's entertaining performance. This time, I truly savored the experience.Looking back at the photos, it’s no wonder I ended up so full, as the portions were generous.Everything was undeniably delicious.I must mention the prosciutto. The moment it was served, a delightful aroma filled the room, making me exclaim, "Wow!"When I picked it up with my hands, it was so thin that I could see through it!Just touching it made the fat melt, and when I took a bite, the flavor and aroma exploded in my mouth. The white wine, Asatsuyu, paired perfectly with it. I couldn’t help but ask the chef why it tasted so different. He explained that the slicer used to achieve such thin cuts is one of only six in Japan and costs as much as a luxury car. To purchase this slicer, one must pass a test, and only then will it be sold. There are so many unique details here, making for a truly delicious and enjoyable experience!
