I visited Sushi Ino for the first time in about a year. Reservations have become a bit harder to secure lately, but the appetizer before the sushi, which perfectly captures the preferences of sake lovers, was truly impressive. We moved on to the sushi a bit earlier than usual, starting with the Setouchi Kasugo Sea Bream, Shiro Amadai, Isaki, and Shirogisu... The appearance and taste of the sushi spoke for themselves, requiring no words. It was a great meal!
