It was a busy time with dishes being prepared one after another, but the chef and staff moved with impressive efficiency, ensuring everything ran smoothly even with a full house.I enjoyed the same Saga Beef Omakase Course and pairing as last time. Starting with three appetizers, they read the guests' preferences and reflected that in the choice of meat and cooking style, which is a unique approach of Caravan. I was thrilled to savor the delicious Saga Beef again during this trip to Karatsu, just as I remembered from my previous visit. Of course, the chef's engaging conversation and performance were wonderful as well.Returning to a restaurant I enjoyed during my travels is one of the joys of traveling. Once again, I felt that this was a time that made me want to say, "I would love to visit again when I come to Karatsu."
