This was my first visit, and it was truly impressive.I've tried various cuisines, but this was the best Spanish food I've ever had. First, the squid ink paella and sea urchin rice bowl captured my heart, and the main meat dish left me in awe. The strip loin was cooked to perfection, with just the right amount of fat removed to enhance its flavor. I believe this unique taste can only be achieved through wood-fired cooking.I definitely want to return to this restaurant.
