This was my first visit to Yotsugi Station, which features an exhibition of Captain Tsubasa. There aren’t many landmarks around the station, but if you go down the escalator and turn right, then left, you’ll reach the restaurant in about 30 seconds.The walls are filled with an impressive number of signatures from musicians, actors, athletes, and manga artists.The bone crackers are seasoned, so you can enjoy them as they are. They are quite hard, so be careful not to hurt your mouth while crunching them. Delicious!The liver is served with wasabi soy sauce.I ordered the Special Unaju (JPY 7,700) and liver soup (JPY 300), which arrived promptly. There was a warning to be careful not to burn yourself, but it was piping hot all the way through, and I did get a little burned, haha.The fish was thick and juicy, with a nice charred flavor! The bones were substantial, so I made sure to chew well. It was easy to make a reservation, so I will definitely come back!
