I was fortunate enough to win a reservation for the omakase and finally visit Sushi Sanshin. It was my first experience eating sushi while looking outside during the day, and I couldn't help but wonder why it felt so refreshing and enjoyable. Of course, the sushi and appetizers were exquisite, and I enjoyed the inari sushi as a souvenir on the Shinkansen ride home. It was a wonderful experience.
