▪️ Standard Course with Wine Pairing of 3 VarietiesWhen we think of Spanish cuisine, we often picture paella and tapas, but this experience completely changed my perspective.From snacks to desserts, every dish was flawless.It felt like a perfect game with 3 balls, 3 people, and 9 rounds.The wines paired with the dishes were also Spanish, and they were spot on without any unnecessary deviations!The most impressive dish was the Chromis with Pil-Pil sauce.The creamy texture of the emulsified oil combined with the crunch of nuts and roe perfectly complemented the rich flavor of the Chromis, creating a Spanish wonderland! ♪♪For two and a half hours, I was left in awe, gasping and sighing.I truly was amazed!
