Fortunately, I had the opportunity to visit again!I still can't forget the tongue and Chateaubriand from my last visit... I'm truly delighted.Here’s what I ordered:- Premium Tongue → A masterpiece. It’s thin yet retains a wonderful texture, incredibly tender and delicious.- Chateaubriand Set → The chunk of Chateaubriand along with the thin tenderloin is simply the best.- Outside Skirt → Really delicious, but it was slightly overshadowed by the other high-quality dishes. It’s my favorite cut, though.- Knuckle Main Muscle (Aburi) → This was originally a yukhoe dish, and you can grill it to your liking. Last time it had a stronger texture, but this time it was softer and even tastier.- Medium Rib → This oily medium rib didn’t leave me with any heaviness the next day. It was so delicious that I ended up eating too much, haha.- Special Liver → I forgot to take a picture, but it was rich and flavorful without any unpleasant taste.- Premium Tripe → Consistently delicious.- Medium Rice- Kimchi- NamulThe sauces at this restaurant are truly amazing! I can see why regulars keep coming back. I hope to be invited again someday or find a way to come back on my own.It was a great meal!
