One serving is a bit much for one person, so sharing one between two is just right.I also ordered the Basil Mino. No matter how many times I eat it, this combination is exceptional; the crunchy texture pairs perfectly with the refreshing aroma of basil against the rich saltiness. This is a dish you should definitely try when you visit Seiryuuen.On this day, the Premium Loin was priced based on the market, and they explained the different cuts as they served it. Enjoying the differences between cuts is something unique to Seiryuuen! As a bonus, they gave us an extra piece on the house! We also enjoyed some mini tomatoes they provided, which helped cleanse the palate after the rich flavors.Surprisingly, the dessert, the pudding, is not to be missed. I always struggle between ordering the sorbet and the pudding, so I end up getting both! No matter how many times I visit, this restaurant always makes me want to come back. This time, I particularly re-recognized the deliciousness of the salt-grilled dishes.
