For tonight's dish, I was torn between options, but I ultimately chose the "Clay Pot Rice." As a finale to the course, I was able to select the flavor of the clay pot rice from four options, and I was graciously allowed to choose two: sea urchin and abalone (thank you for the kind gesture!). The generous portions of sea urchin and abalone were mixed into the rice, accented with sansho pepper, creating a truly luxurious clay pot rice that was a delight to the palate.I am grateful for the opportunity to enjoy the course meal at Suetomi, a place that is often hard to book.
