I finally visited "PRESENTE Sugi" in Sakura City, Chiba, a place I had been curious about for a while.It's a restaurant that's often fully booked, but I was lucky enough to secure a reservation this time, marking my long-awaited first visit! ✨I took a taxi from Sakura Station. While it's within walking distance, a taxi is more convenient since it’s a bit of a walk. If you're driving, there's also free parking available.I went for lunch, which starts at 11:30 AM.The chef carefully explained each dish, and you could really feel the passion and attention to detail in the ingredients and preparation.The course was even more generous than I had imagined! Dishes kept coming one after another, making for an exciting experience until the very end.What impressed me the most was the creativity in the dishes.Many of them made me think, "I never would have thought of that combination!" Each plate reflected the chef's playful spirit and sense of style.Additionally, I learned that the plates themselves are custom-made, showcasing a commitment to aesthetics.It felt like each dish, along with its presentation, was a work of art, and every plate was simply beautiful! ✨Among the highlights was the natural eel.The skin was perfectly crispy and fragrant, while the inside was tender.It was a dish that truly allowed me to savor the deliciousness of the eel, and it was absolutely delightful.This unique and charming Italian restaurant is definitely worth the trip to Sakura!
