Finally, I was able to revisit this time.Upon entering the restaurant, the owner and his wife greeted me with big smiles. Their warm personalities make the dining experience not just about the food, but also about the inviting atmosphere of the place. They engage in friendly conversation, creating a comforting feeling as if I had returned to my hometown, naturally bringing a smile to my face. This restaurant has a charm that makes you want to come back just to see them.On this visit, I enjoyed a hot pot course. When the dish arrived, I was surprised by the bright red broth, thinking, "This looks really spicy!" However, once I tasted it, the spiciness was just right, making it enjoyable even for those who aren't great with spicy food. The balance was exquisite.The broth was infused with various spices, and each bite released deep aromas and flavors. As I continued eating, I felt warm from the inside out, sweating while thoroughly enjoying the meal. It wasn't just spicy; the umami was rich, making it impossible to stop using my ladle. The broth was so delicious that I could have drunk several bowls of it, and my appetite only grew stronger.The ingredients were served with a secret special sauce, which was also exceptional.
