I arrived around 8:45 on a Wednesday. The registration started at 8:30, so I came from Tennoji to Yao. Perhaps due to the rain, I was guided to come for the first round. It seems that the lines have calmed down recently. If you arrive by around 10:30 on a weekday, you should be able to get a lunch seating. On this day, those who arrived by around 11:30 were seated by around 14:00.**Order** Extreme Half & Half Premium Tenderloin Tonkatsu 100g, Kurobuta 80g - JPY 2,610 Set Meal + JPY 730 Total: JPY 3,340The tenderloin tonkatsu was slightly fatty but tender and sweet. The Kurobuta was moist, thick, and tender with a nice sweetness that paired well with the truffle salt. It truly felt like an exquisite tonkatsu experience. On this day, they did not have Tokyo X or Himuro pork available.Overall, it was clear that this is not your average tonkatsu restaurant. The salad and pickles were also deliciously seasoned. However, there were a few concerns: - The registration starting at 8:30 and the time constraints until 11:00 felt quite high-pressure. - As mentioned in other reviews, there was no place to put bags or belongings, which felt lacking in hospitality. Given that this is not a budget restaurant and involves oil, it would be nice to have simple baskets under the chairs. - I found the seasoning of the red miso soup to be quite strong. - The two seats on the far right felt a bit off. They felt cramped, and I couldn't feel the lively atmosphere of the kitchen. Also, I had to be cautious about timing when I wanted to refill my drink, and the restroom was nearby. Since this is not a cheap restaurant, I think it might be better to eliminate those two seats on the right. (Maybe it was just because I was in my 20s and came alone...)While the food was undeniably delicious, I don't think I would return after the effort it took.
