However, the flavors tend to be quite salty, and the price, which can reach tens of thousands of yen per person, is quite daunting for an average salaryman. Unfortunately, there was no direct greeting from the chef either. It seems that about 80% of the customers are foreigners, which makes me think they might be targeting inbound tourism. If only the price were below JPY 50,000, this could easily be the best of the year.
