I visited the sushi restaurant "Jinsei" in Shinsaibashi, Osaka for the first time.It’s a cozy place with only six counter seats.We started with sliced tuna topped with grated Japanese radish, followed by grilled clam, smoked bonito, vinegared miso with surf clam, and thinly sliced octopus. Each dish paired perfectly with our drinks.The meal began with a small rice bowl of large swordfish, followed by a series of nigiri.The sushi came out in a great rhythm, starting from the fatty tuna to the final hand rolls.Each seafood dish was meticulously prepared, and everything was both delicious and beautifully presented.It was a great meal.
