Today, I was lucky enough to secure a reservation at the innovative restaurant NK, which I had been wanting to try for a while. Although it is part of the Ishikawa group, this location stands out from its sister restaurants by offering a unique style that incorporates seasonal ingredients while being rooted in traditional Japanese cuisine.Not only was the food exceptional, but the chef's personality was also very charming, making our conversations over the counter a delightful experience. The newly relocated restaurant has a spacious layout and an open atmosphere, allowing for a more relaxed dining experience. The menu seems to change with the seasons, and I am already looking forward to my next visit.
