I arrived before 3 PM, determined to get in since reservations aren’t accepted and you can’t enter unless everyone in your party is present. However, there was already a long line at that point! The restaurant opens at 4 PM, but even lining up at 3 PM, we couldn’t get in during the first round, and we actually entered around 5:30 PM.On that day, there was a rare experience as well—famous YouTubers Terakado Jimon and Miyasako Hiroyuki were filming there, so we got to see the filming while waiting in line.Jimon passionately said, "If I’m here, it’s your lucky day! I’ve come on a day with great ingredients!" This really raised our expectations. We decided to order the cuts he was enjoying, including uterus, outside skirt, kalbi, mountain chain tripe, and liver… all of them were delicious. The freshness of the meat was impressive, but personally, I was struck by how well-seasoned everything was.We ordered the special premium loin later on. The beautifully marbled fat was incredibly sweet and spread throughout my mouth. I thought, "Ah, so this is Stamina En…" Another standout for me was the beef offal stew and fried eggplant. I love places that have such delicious side dishes.In the end, we ate and drank quite a bit for about JPY 15,000 per person for four people. Honestly, it didn’t feel like the best value for money, as it was on par with high-end yakiniku restaurants. However, the experience of waiting in line at a super popular restaurant, the atmosphere, and the live vibe made it worth visiting at least once.By the way, payment is cash only, so be careful. The staff seemed quite busy, but they were friendly and warm. I appreciated that there wasn’t the typical tense atmosphere you find in popular places.Also, around 8 PM, the line seemed to calm down a bit. It might be easier to get in during that time, but some cuts were sold out, which is a bit of a dilemma.Personally, it wasn’t a place I felt like I had to rush back to, but I was satisfied to finally visit a well-known restaurant I had been curious about. It was a great experience!
