It seemed like I could have gotten in without a reservation, but by the time I left, there were people waiting, so timing is key.♥ Shark Fin Soup Course / JPY 8,800For this course, I was informed that I could use a private room for free (σ̴̶̷̤. σ̴̶̷̤). The private room was spacious and had a wonderful atmosphere! ♡The course consists of 8 dishes in total. Everything from start to finish was delicious! ♡ I forgot to take a photo of the shrimp stir-fried in special soy sauce (´•̥-•̥`).The Hong Kong-style dim sum is perfect on its own, as it is well-seasoned. Each piece is quite substantial, making it very satisfying to eat.As the course name suggests, the baked shark fin soup was exquisite! ♡ The baked shark fin soup and Peking duck were both incredibly delicious! ♡The chicken and edamame fried rice is quite different from typical fried rice. While the portion is generous, the seasoning and ingredients are light, giving it an impression closer to pilaf. The rice was cooked perfectly and was very tasty.The dessert was refreshing and perfect for a hot summer day. This course was filling and provided an outstanding level of satisfaction.
