In my profile, I summarize the restaurants and sweet shops I've visited, highlighting those I genuinely recommend based on taste, personality, and atmosphere. Feel free to use it as a reference.--------------------------------I made a reservation and visited on Saturday afternoon. I ordered the Special Japanese Brand Unagi.First, I was served warm tea, which was delicious and at the perfect temperature. However, there was a slight fishy smell coming from the cup, so I hope they can address that somehow. The bone crackers and liver were simply delicious, and I really liked the crackers. They had a nice roasted flavor with a hint of unagi taste. The liver was tasty, but it was unseasoned, so preferences may vary. The unaju was incredibly delicious!! It was thick and very juicy. The surface was perfectly grilled, and the aroma and flavor of the unagi were excellent. However, personally, it had a unique taste that was different from both farmed and wild unagi. I found it extremely delicious, but it might not be to everyone's liking as it had a distinct flavor. In a good way, it had a strong character. It's hard to describe, but it had a punchy flavor reminiscent of strong garlic. The pickles and liver soup were also quite good. As for the pickles, they felt a bit over-marinated, but I suppose that's just how it is.There wasn't anything particularly noteworthy about the service, so the overall experience didn't quite live up to the high ratings. I wonder if other unagi places would be different...
