I visited again after a while. Every time, I am impressed by the high-quality appetizers and sushi. This time, the highlights were:- Steamed abalone and red sea urchin: Both sourced from Oita Prefecture, they paired wonderfully.- Mackerel: The aroma of the seaweed complemented the cooked mackerel perfectly.The sushi, especially the marinated mackerel and fatty tuna, were my favorites.I will definitely come back. It was a great meal!
