From the moment I stepped in until I left, it was a wonderfully comfortable restaurant. It had been a while since my last visit, but I was reminded that a grand maison truly stands out. Each dish by Chef Tejima was not only beautiful but also delicious, and I was captivated right from the first sip of the consommé soup! The quality of service, led by the maître d'hôtel, was exceptional, and the wine pairing was spot on, allowing me to enjoy a perfect experience without any shortcomings. I will definitely be back!
