A beautiful blend of aesthetics and flavor.As I enjoy the joys of the season, new menu items keep appearing, allowing me to savor the changes that come with it.The new onions and horse meat are incredibly delicious.And the much-anticipated croquette features firefly squid.I love every season.But this month is exceptional.The spring rolls with trout are wonderfully rich.The tomato somen is refreshing.The contrasts are striking.Nozaki beef.I recently went to Nozaki to try it, and I can confirm its quality here.The Nozaki beef at Ao is delicious.The sukiyaki-style dish... well, they know what they're doing.But it's also indulgent.So tasty.A course with a delicious main dish is always a winner.And the curry that follows is heavenly.The dessert is beautiful, leaving me completely satisfied and full.I absolutely love it.
