As a yakiniku lover, I found this restaurant to be extremely satisfying. The quality of the salted tongue and salted outside skirt was impeccable, and I truly felt that only a long-established restaurant could consistently provide such high standards. The saltiness was subtle, perfectly enhancing the quality of the ingredients. What impressed me the most was the outside skirt; it was remarkably tender and had a melt-in-your-mouth texture, reminiscent of a fine steak. The mountain chain tripe was also large and had a great bite, showcasing its high quality. While other dishes were delicious as well, I highly recommend trying these three items. The prices are not exactly cheap, but the quality justifies the cost, making it a truly reputable establishment.
