I made a reservation to dine here.This restaurant operates on a reservation-only basis.There was a sign outside saying "Fresh Unagi Available," which got me excited.I had already placed my order when I made the reservation.First, I was served the bone chips, grilled white eel, and grilled liver.The grilled white eel was delicious!I’m not usually a fan of grilled eel, but this one was exceptional. It was thick and rich in fat, unlike anything I’ve had before.This bodes well for the unagi donburi.Soon after, the unagi donburi was served, and I dug in.Delicious!!!The grilling was a bit strong, and the sauce was light.Above all, the unagi was fantastic. It was thick, rich in fat, and truly extraordinary.The lacquered box was beautifully crafted (with a raised base), which I personally appreciated.Overall, I was extremely satisfied.While there were some issues like limited alcohol options and no standout features in the decor or service, the quality of the unagi made up for everything.I definitely want to come back, although making a reservation can be quite challenging...
